Hi I'm Stacey, I have over 15 years of experience in health and social care including extensive work supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical health conditions and mental health needs — I bring a deep, person-centred approach to healthcare delivery. For the past five years, I have successfully managed the operations of three NHS GP surgeries as a Clinical Manager, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, streamlining practice systems, and improving access to quality care for thousands of patients.
Now, as the founder of First Phase Private Healthcare, I am driven by a simple but powerful goal: to screen and support as many people as possible in order to help prevent avoidable illnesses and early deaths. By focusing on early detection and proactive health management, I aim to bridge the gap between reactive treatment and preventative care — empowering individuals to take control of their health outcomes.
My approach combines operational expertise, clinical insight, and a genuine commitment to community wellbeing. I believe early intervention saves lives — and I’m building a service that makes that possible.

While the majority of my experience lies in sales management and business ownership, I'm a passionate advocate for proactive health management and believe strongly in individuals taking control of their own well-being.
As a devoted family man, I’ve seen firsthand the value of early detection and regular health checks, which is why I champion the importance of private health screenings and the benefits they bring to individuals and families alike.
Outside of business, I’ve been actively involved in fundraising for medical organisations that are close to my heart, including The Alzheimer’s Society and several regional air ambulance charities. Supporting these causes allows me to combine my professional skills with my personal mission to make a meaningful impact in healthcare and community support.

Hi I'm Ellie - I have worked in healthcare for over a decade! Gaining valuable experience from the NHS in the last five years, I was a part of an amazing team working for the urgent community response service saving lives daily. I am extremely proficient in phlebotomy and clinical observations. I'm an excellent listener and pride myself on compassionate communication. Providing a high standard of service to my patients has always been of utmost importance to me.
