We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure we provide the best possible service to all of our patients, we kindly ask that you take note of the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.

No Show Policy
A "no-show" is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling in advance. As per our cancellation policy we ask that all patients provide 48 hours’ notice for any appointments that cannot be attended. If a patient fails to attend their appointment without any prior cancellation this will be considered a “no show” and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances relating to a “no show” will be reviewed upon patient request.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive less than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient.
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule.
