 Cancellation & No Show Policy


We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure we provide the best possible service to all of our patients, we kindly ask that you take note of the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.


 Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your appointment at no cost up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • To reschedule, please contact us via phone or email during business hours.
  • Rescheduling within less than 48 hours of your appointment may be treated as a cancellation (see below)


 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full refund or can be credited towards a future appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £50, this is deducted from any amount already paid unless:
    • You provide medical documentation for illness or emergency, or
    • The cancellation is due to circumstances outside your control (to be assessed case-by-case).
  • No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.


No Show Policy 

A "no-show" is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling in advance. As per our cancellation policy we ask that all patients provide 48 hours’ notice for any appointments that cannot be attended. If a patient fails to attend their appointment without any prior cancellation this will be considered a “no show” and is non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances relating to a “no show” will be reviewed upon patient request. 


Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive less than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient.

Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule. 

 

Deposits & Prepayments

  • A deposit or full prepayment will be required to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits will be deducted from your final balance at the time of service.
  • In the case of a refund due to cancellation, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

We are committed to fair service. If you feel that you have been unfairly charged or were unable to attend due to valid reasons, please contact us directly—we are happy to review your case.
